Our Story: Megan and Audg through the years…
Megan and Audg swiped right on each other at the end of the Summer of 2019.
Megan asked Audg out and they planned a date for the last Tuesday in August.
They met at Park Life, a bar and Mexican place in Brooklyn.
They hit it off immediately, and haven’t gone a day without talking since. Well. Except one day. You’ll have to ask Megan about that.
Through the following months, they went on many, many dates and quickly fell in love.
Audg was navigating their first year of full-time work and Megan was in the midst of her senior year of college when suddenly a global pandemic halted all aspects of normal life.
Audg spent the first month of the pandemic with Megan’s family in Pennsylvania as Megan’s spring break turned into a seemingly endless quarantine. Together, they dyed their hair every color they could think of, played cozy video games, and watched every single episode of Mad Men. Eventually Audg went back to Massachusetts to be with their family, and their close proximity relationship turned into a long distance one for the next six months. They spent many nights falling asleep together on FaceTime and periodically drove long distances to see each other for a week or two. Megan graduated from college over Zoom and learned how to cut Audg’s hair for them.
Eventually Audg and Megan both returned to NYC and lived together with their friend Chad for a short time. In the daze of the pandemic world, they adopted two little farm kittens from Georgia and named them Bunny and Eggs. Bunny and Megan look alike.
Soon, Megan moved with her besties Haddie and Melanie while Audg stayed living with Chad. Both of them lived out their NYC dream of living with friends in their twenties.
Years passed and they made countless memories together in their home of New York, with their families in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, and abroad on trips to Mexico, Spain, Italy, and even Croatia.
Audg decided they would propose to Megan at the end of 2022. They surprised Megan with a private proposal about an hour after midnight on January 1st, 2023. There aren’t any photos of that moment. That’s just for them.
Megan waited for the perfect moment to propose to Audg, too. On a cozy Saturday in March, Megan proposed to them on the balcony in a quiet moment when the golden hour light was just right.
They agreed to enjoy one year of being engaged before starting any wedding planning. Last year after moving back in together, they picked their venue and started on the road to their big day this October.
Audg and Megan are more in love than ever and they’re so excited to share with you all in celebration of this milestone. They can’t wait to see you all at Blooming Hill Farm this October.

Evan is Megan’s only sibling and her built-in-best-friend. Megan’s favorite thing about Evan is how silly he is and that he’s always “down to clown”. Evan loves to ski, loves the Grateful Dead, and loves Philadelphia sports. Ask him about the coffeeshop he’s going to open in the Italian countryside.

Molly and Audg have been best friends since fifth grade. Audg’s favorite thing about Molly is her sense of humor and their shared taste in music. Molly is an incredibly intelligent and thoughtful person, and no one sends a better birthday message than her. She reminds Audg to put their phone down and live in the world around them. Ask her about the camper van she restored with her dad!

Chad and Audg met in sixth grade when Chad transferred into their school and he brought A LOT of energy with him. Audg’s favorite thing about Chad is his confidence and his unwavering ability to make friends anywhere he goes. He’s a social butterfly with friends in every corner of the world.
